Since the early nineties Louwrens, Coetzer and Partners specialised mainly in general litigation and third-party claims.

As from 1994 there was a noticeable demand from banks and this instruction became first priority. The partners decided to expand their focus and to focus on conveyancing as well.

The firm is currently on the Bank panels of ABSA , STANDARD BANK , FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND NEDBANK. The firm is also on the bank cancellation panel for ABSA.

Since 2007 the firm further spread their wings to the short-term insurance law market. We are currently on the panel of a large insurance company. We deal with insurance recoveries and broker agreements on a daily basis. This includes High Court as well as Magistrate Court Civil Litigation.

Our firm has never pursued any insurance claim without success.

We currently have our offices in Brakpan, Gauteng. Pretoria & Mossel-Bay.

Trust Account & Financing

The firm currently holds its trust and business accounts with ABSA ,STANDARD BANK AND FIRST NATIONAL BANK.

Fidelity Fund & Indemnity Insurance

The partners are insured by the Attorneys Fidelity Fund for an amount of R1 million. As a result of the high volume of conveyancing and Bond registration the firm have acquired an additional R4 million indemnity insurance.

Black Economic Empowerment

The Firm is committed to black economic empowerment and thus have started a program of employing previously disadvantaged South Africans not only in unskilled positions but also junior positions with the view of promoting such individuals to senior positions.
